In the past, I used to think that since I am young and healthy, there was not a need to get insurance as it was just a waste of money every month. However, I met Joel, who educated me on the importance of insurance and the different types of insurance plans. Through Joel, I have broaden my knowledge on insurance and my views on insurance has changed. He does not hard sell and recommended plans that are relevant for me. Eventually I took the step of obtaining the most essential insurance, Health Insurance from him. We stumbled across an online AIA promotion one day when we were looking to have our insurance and investments relooked. By some pure chance, Joel and Ivyna were assigned to us, and I must say they are the most friendly and meticulous agents by far, judging from the numerous agents we have met previously from other companies. They have very good product knowledge and are able to analyse our existing plans on the spot and provide us a good overview on what was lacking and recommend suitable products that will cover the inadequate.
