I met Tiffany back in 2017 through a temporary administrative job and she has always been a reliable older sister that I look up to! Upon my uni graduation in 2021, I approached her for advices in investment and she was very willing to share with me these knowledge despite me being completely clueless! She also briefly mentioned to me about getting insurance coverage and was really nice when I told her I wasn’t really keen on it as I assumed my company’s insurance coverage is good enough (hearsay from colleagues). Moving to 2022 when I found out my company’s insurance coverage wasn’t really sufficient (especially with private hospitalization) coupled with the possibility of switching jobs (will have coverage exclusions with pre-existing conditions before joining the new company), I approached Tiffany to find out more about getting personal insurance coverage and she prepared a super clear and informative slide deck for easy understanding! I’ve also personally spoke to several agents from other companies and even from her current company, but the comprehensive planning she did for me is something that hands-down the other agents would applaud for! Tiffany is always very responsive to my queries and clearing up the confusions I have (I was really super confused and stressed out with all the different possible ideas on planning for my coverage and she was there all along to guide me - I called her like 4-5 times to clarify okay) and this is really how dedicated she is towards her role which made me feel really reassured to have her as my agent!

Ying Sian (Tiffany) is a friend of mine who subsequently became my financial advisor as well.
